The Board of Directors is happy to provide past records of HOA business to members upon request. However, because filling these requests takes valuable time and the Board of Directors are volunteers, following policy regarding costs for filling records requests has been instituted.

Plus Research Fee : $150
Time frame is determined from the date of the request. Up to 10 pages of records is covered in the following costs. Additional pages will cost $0.25 per copy. Payment must be made in advance of receiving the records requested.
